Eligibility and Requirements
Company Requirements
- Be a small or medium-sized business, start-up, social enterprise, nonprofit, or charity +Have a physical office (pre-Covid) in one of the following Canadian provinces: the Northern Territories, BC, AB, SK, MB, QC, NB, NS, PE or NL +Employ fewer than 500 people +Provide a safe and supportive internship that develops innovation or entrepreneurial skill-building opportunities +Employer match for two consecutive semesters (8 months total), provided that both are still eligible and funding remains
Role Requirement
- Part-time or Full-Time roles welcome +Remote Internships are eligible +Internships cannot exceed 20 weeks

- Student verbally accepts internship position
- Employer submits Hiring Request
- Funding approved
- Funding contract & paperwork submitted successfully
