France 2030 Regionalized Program | Guyane Innovation Projects
This action targets innovation projects led by individual companies, SMEs, or intermediate-sized companies in Guyane, engaged in research, development, and innovation (including non-technological innovation) to foster their growth and competitiveness. This call for projects aims to support two types of projects: projects in the "feasibility" phase and projects in the "development and pre-industrialization" phase.

Eligibility and Requirements
- The scheme targets individual project holders, eligible under the action, including start-ups, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), and Intermediate-sized Enterprises (ETIs) with fewer than 500 employees under EU definitions, possibly in the process of being established, according to Articles 1832 and following of the Civil Code, registered with the Trade Register, and located in Guyane.
- Companies must be up-to-date with their fiscal, social, and environmental obligations, as well as any debts to the State, the Territorial Collectivity of Guyane, and Bpifrance.
- The companies supported must also be eligible for state aid and not be in financial difficulties according to European Union standards.
- Candidate companies must present a sound financial situation and a balanced financing plan for the duration of the project.
- The main criteria for eligibility and selection of winning projects are precisely defined in the specifications of the call for projects.
