The Save on Energy - Energy Performance Program

The Program provides financial incentives through a multi-year, pay-for-performance incentive structure for lasting operational and maintenance energy efficiency measures and equipment retrofits. The Program encourages a whole-building approach to facility energy management, moving away from the more transactional nature of individual energy efficiency improvements commonly encouraged through traditional energy efficiency programs. Capped at 20% of baseline energy at $0.04/kWh +Capped at 20% cap of peak demand at $50/kW.

This grant is age restricted from 18 to 100

Participants must:

be owners and/or operators of commercial, institutional, or industrial facilities located in Ontario
commit to participate for three years and commit to realize a minimum of five percent energy savings per facility within two years
have 12 months of hourly interval meter data for each facility
