SHIPBUILDING TAX CREDIT (CODE 14)

A corporation that, in the taxation year, has an establishment in Québec and carries on a shipbuilding business there may, under certain conditions, claim a tax credit for the construction of a ship for which an eligibility certificate has been issued by the Minister of the Economy, Innovation and Energy (formerly the Minister of the Economy and Innovation).
