Eligibility and Requirements
We are committed to building a future in which all communities value and benefit from PLT Canada green careers pathways that effectively balances environmental, economic and social values. This can only be achieved through relationships and collaboration that build mutual trust and respect the lived experiences and self-determination of the communities in which we live, work, and serve. Together we can make a positive and long-lasting difference toward creating a more equitable and inclusive future for all.
Building on our existing services and initiatives aimed at addressing underrepresentation, including that of Indigenous, African American, Latino, Francophone, newcomer, and urban communities, in the forest and conservation sector, PLT Canada embeds diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in our Green Jobs program. We will leverage the collective strengths and efforts of our network while proactively creating space for all communities to fully and meaningfully participate in the journey towards green jobs equity.
