France 2030 Regionalized | La Réunion: Innovation Projects
The "France 2030 Regionalized - Innovation Projects in La Réunion" program, co-financed equally by the State and the La Réunion Region, targets innovation projects led by an individual enterprise, SME, or intermediate-sized enterprise (ETI) in La Réunion. These enterprises must be engaged in research, development, and innovation (including non-technological innovation) to foster their growth and competitiveness. This initiative aligns with the Regional Economic Development, Innovation, and Internationalization Scheme (SRDEII) as well as the Smart and Sustainable Specialization Strategy (S3-S5), which outline the regional intervention framework to support innovation within companies.

Eligibility and Requirements
Eligible project leaders under this program are Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Intermediate-Sized Enterprises (ETIs) as defined by EU standards, with the project-bearing establishment located in La Réunion. These enterprises must be either established or in the process of being created (as defined by Articles 1832 and following of the French Civil Code), and must be registered in the commercial register.
The enterprises must be up-to-date with their fiscal, social, and environmental obligations, as well as any debts owed to the State, the Region, and Bpifrance.
Furthermore, the enterprises must be eligible for state aid and not in difficulty as defined by the European Union.
Candidates must present a sound financial situation and a balanced financing plan for the duration of the project.
