Projects expected for this call must align with the priorities set out in the Regional Economic Development, Innovation, and Internationalization Scheme of the Pays de la Loire Region. This framework outlines the strategic orientations of regional policies supporting economic development and business aid, including the Regional Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization (SRI-SI) and the Regional Climate Plan. Eligibility and Requirements

Your company must:

• Be an SME or ETI as defined by EU standards, possibly in the process of being created as per articles 1832 and following of the Civil Code, registered with the Trade Register, and based in the Pays de la Loire region.
• Be up to date with its tax, social, and environmental obligations, as well as any debts owed to the State, the Region, and Bpifrance.
• Demonstrate sufficient financial, human, and structural capacity to successfully execute the proposed project and ensure its financing through a plan that includes the requested aid as well as other necessary funding sources.
