Eligibility and Requirements

At the heart of every Technology Leadership Project is a strong industry partnership. Some projects start from an idea that a member pitches to other potential partners. Others are born from the strong relationships that exist between OSC members. Any OSC member can initiate a project idea, and the participation of other organizations, including start-ups, and research institutions, is encouraged.

Canada’s Ocean Supercluster (OSC) Technology Leadership (TL) CORE program is currently accepting submissions. A proposal can be submitted at any time, but will only be reviewed and approved by the OSC Board once each quarter. This means that the review process does not happen immediately, but rather on a scheduled basis. Therefore, it is important to plan ahead and submit proposals well in advance of the approval cycle.
