Entrepreneurship Assistance Program (NEAP) – Stream 3a


The main objective of the incubation voucher measure is to support the projects of innovative technology companies that have business leadership or commercialization needs.

Financial aid

The Government of Quebec's financial contribution for a life sciences project is $60,000 per company for the duration of the project (maximum twelve months).

For any other project, the maximum grant amount is $40,000 per company for the duration of the project (maximum twelve months).
