Eligibility and Requirements

Grants will be issued only for professional development attendance at events, in-house group-based workshops or on-line sessions in Saskatchewan that are delivered, sponsored/funded or supported by the Early Years Branch, Ministry of Education. To ensure eligibility of what is being considered, contact your Early Learning and Child Care program consultant.

Project Eligibility

The Professional Development Grant covers a number of expenses that come with attending professional development events and sessions including:

• Event and registration fees
• Accommodation costs
• Travel costs
• Meal allowance
• Staffing expenses, including additional wages or hiring replacement staff
