The Employee Training Program (ETP)

The Employee Training Program (ETP) supports employers who have hired employees in anticipation of their workforce needs by providing assistance to offset the cost of training. The program can assist employers to provide employee up-skilling due to economic, technological or organizational change. It may also be used to support individuals who are under-employed or employed and in need of training to maintain or move to a different or better job.
