France 2030 Regionalized | Bretagne Business Projects Innovation for Breton SMEs and Intermediate-Sized Enterprises

The State and the Brittany region have made innovation one of their key focus areas for regional economic development. This "Inno Avenir Projets" initiative, co-funded equally by the State and the Region, will be implemented by Bpifrance, the operator of this component. The support targets SMEs and intermediate-sized enterprises engaged in research, development, and innovation to boost their growth and competitiveness. The goal is to facilitate the market introduction of high-value-added innovative products and services. The five major areas of innovation and regional strategic sectors are structured according to two main axes: firstly, alignment with one of the major transitions (industrial & digital, social & civic, ecological & environmental), and then through the sectoral innovation areas listed below: Maritime Economy for Blue Growth (Marine Renewable Energy, bioresources and marine biotechnologies, future ships, ports, logistics and maritime transport, maritime security, environment, ocean health, and coastal management) Food Economy for Well-Eating for All (New agricultural production systems, precision agriculture, new upstream-downstream circuits, new consumption modes, future factories) Secure and Responsible Digital Economy (Cybersecurity, electronics, photonics, data and intelligence, image and content, networks and IoT, space, low-impact and responsible digital technologies) Health and Well-being Economy for a Better Quality of Life (Health technology, innovative biotherapies, prevention, nutrition, environment and work, disability, healthy aging, cosmetics) Industrial Economy for Smart Production (Materials, technologies for industrial production, energy, mobility industry, human factors in industry, and usage)

This grant is age restricted from 18 to 100

Your company must:

Be an SME or an intermediate-sized enterprise (according to Community definitions), possibly in the process of creation under Articles 1832 and following of the Civil Code, registered in the Trade and Companies Register, and located in Brittany.
Be up-to-date with its tax, social, and environmental obligations, as well as any debts to the State, the Region, and Bpifrance.
Be eligible for state aid and not be in difficulty according to European Union standards.
Present a healthy financial situation and a balanced financing plan for the duration of the project.

The main criteria for eligibility and selection of winning projects are defined precisely in the specifications of the call for projects.

The teams from Bpifrance, the Brittany Region, and DREETS Brittany are available to assist project partners in preparing their applications.
