Eligibility and Requirements
Empowering Employees:
Allstate employees constantly strive to be a force for good in the communities where they live and work. We are proud to offer employees flexible opportunities through our community volunteering and giving programs, as well as celebrate their dedication to being a difference maker.
- Volunteerism & the Good Hands Grant program: We support employee volunteerism, and reward their acts of service through our Good Hands Grant program.
- Giving & Matching: We help connect our employees with causes they care about most by offering them the ability to donate to thousands of registered Canadian charities. We also run matching campaigns throughout the year to increase the impact of employee giving.
- Community Hero Award: This annual award is presented to Allstate Insurance Agency (AIA) employees who go above and beyond in support of their community. The award recognizes those AIA employees who are role models for community outreach, service and volunteerism. The Allstate Community Hero Award celebrates multiple regional recipients and one national recipient. Each recipient also chooses a Canadian charity to receive a donation from The Allstate Foundation of Canada.
